from the start you get the feel of a professional quality lender. The
presentation of the site as you can see from the Quick Pics is
excellent. The FAQ area is outstanding answering all common questions
allowing you to understand your commitment and their service. Loan
requirements are very well detailed and not lengthy allowing you to
know right away what your chances are of a successful transaction.
Finance Charge: 
The
Annual Percentage Rate (APR) on a typical 14 day loan is 651.79%, which
is $25.00 per every $100.00 borrowed. You can also renew your loan.
This rate is not the best available but considering the services they
provide it is understandable.
Usage: 
From
page to page you will find nothing but solid related content about the
whole process. From the terms of agreement, to the loan application
page, there is helpful information and detailed explanations every step
of the way. Privacy is a priority and we give them a thumbs up for a
superior job both in presentation and usability.
Customer Service: 
This is the only area in which MyPaydayLoan is lacking in our opinion.
Customer service is very difficult to provide when a company has the
overhead that financial institutions work with on a day to day basis.
They do not provide a phone number, live support, or an online form for
your questions. Keep in mind though that though these services are not
available, they do provide some of the best FAQ's and onsite answers
that we have seen in this business.
Security:
In
reality it doesn't get much better in the world of business when it
comes to security. When you start filling out the application they
request your email address so they can send you a code that not only
verifies your correct email address but it also allows them to know
that they are working with the same person that is filling out the form
before the whole process gets underway. Encryption is high and you need
not be concerned about you personal information unless you have some
form of virus or trojan on your machine.

At
this point through this review process this company stands above it's
competition from the ground level of the site right through the
application. They have nothing to hide and they will insure your
confidence at every level throughout the loan process.
