application form at all. FAQ's are not as good as they should be
leaving room for improvement. Few questions are asked and the answers
seem packaged instead of thought out. They do allow for contact by form
but not with the use of email, phone, or live chat.

then you might want to consider one of the other lenders in this

applicants first arriving to their site. You will have to use an online
form if you have questions or concerns and wait for their response. No
time is mentioned on how long it will be before they respond.

filling out the application. Located close to the top of the page you
will find a link that states "Click here for a secure application".
Make sure you do that if you are concerned about your privacy and
protection from wandering eyes on the net. From there you should be
just fine.
Summary
Maybe
not one of the best sites in this review for FAQ's and real time
contact, but it appears they can get the job done. It is obvious that
they are not new in this business and they have spent the time to make
this whole process as simple as possible for the borrower. High risk
loans could find a home here very quickly insuring you that much more
in your quest for some quick cash.
