Labor Day Is Looming – This Year It Falls On Monday, September 6th

August 25th, 2010

Advance Loan BlogDo you have the cash for the celebration or do you need a Payday Loan?
In the United States, Labor Day is always celebrated on the first Monday in September, meaning it is always a weekend affair which in turn means that the celebration goes on… and on… and on. You will need some spare cash to get you through this one. Are you well prepared? Or are you thinking about taking a Payday Loan to help?

Celebrating can be an expensive business
Traditionally, Labor Day is celebrated as the symbolic end of the summer. The holiday is often regarded as a day of rest. Forms of celebration include picnics, barbecues, fireworks displays, water sports, and public art events. Families with school-age children take it as the last chance to travel before the end of summer recess. Teenagers and young adults view it as the last weekend for parties before returning to school.

It’s gonna cost
If you’re short of cash take a Payday Loan. You will need money in your wallet to get you through this weekend. Read this and understand what’s in store. This is no time to be a tightwad.

The long weekend
Let’s see, you’ll come home from work on Friday evening looking forward to a restful weekend with your girlfriend or wife and the kids. Hey, don’t forget to pick up flowers on the way to get the weekend rolling in the right direction. Friday evening dinner will probably take place at home but maybe get a couple of bottles of some good wine to lubricate things. Saturday morning will be reserved for household chores and now that you have an extra day you can take it easier with them.

Saturday afternoon
You made a golf date with the guys from the office. Take it easy at the nineteenth hole; don’t forget that you and the wife are eating out at that new expensive restaurant that opened a couple of months ago. You were lucky to get reservations for tonight, smack in the middle of a long weekend. Everyone who’s been there is talking about the lobster, even if the price is ridiculous. A few glasses of well chilled Chardonnay will go well with Lobster Thermidor or perhaps Lobster Newburg.

The barbeque picnic
Sunday is barbecue day. Pack all the makings into the car and head for the mountains. Remember to pick up the meat on your way out of town. Steaks, burgers, chicken wings and lamb chops. And a couple of bags of charcoal, too.

Saturday evening
As you do every year, this meal is spent at the neighbor’s poolside where the drinks flow smoothly. The kids have their own party in the garage and the adults are left alone to enjoy themselves. A couple of bottles of single-malt whisky will go down well here and really get this party moving.

The Payday Loan
Don’t forget to take the Payday Loan and enjoy the weekend to the full!

The Line for Payday Loans Will Soon Be Around the Corner

Advance Loan BlogWe all thought the picnic was over
Everyone thought the financial fiasco had ended. The market was up, my neighbor found a job… Not so. This opera ain’t over until the fat lady sings and so far, she hasn’t even rented studio space for her warming up exercises. We all thought that at least things couldn’t get much worse. Ha ha! The U.S. economy, pillar of strength and icon of confidence for the whole world to gaze upon, is shaking on its pedestal and refuses to settle down.

How’s your job holding out?
My job is still there. I work from home so if the office or the boss wants to talk to me it means an email or a phone call. The emails are okay –I hear the ‘pinnnggg’ noise of an incoming email, and I can read the contents without even opening the letter on the screen. A quick scan reveals the contents. It’s the phone calls that I can’t handle. Every time the phone rings I go into a rigor of fear. I am sure it’s the office calling to say come in and collect your pink slip and final check. I’m a nervous wreck.

My next job
I wonder if the boss knows that I am actually unemployable because of my age. I’m not going to tell him, and in fact I will go to great lengths to make sure he never finds out. I’ve been working happily for the past ten years. I took the job when I retired from the previous place at age 65 and I decided that I needed another challenge, another activity to keep me occupied.

New challenge
The focus of the work interested me and there’s nothing wrong with learning a new subject at age 65. I lied my way through the interview and have managed very well ever since. I need the work to remain sane and I need the work to stay alive.

Loans and Payday Loans
I use the payday loans regularly and it helps me out of some prickly situations. In my world there are a lot of ‘old’ things. The house is older than me and it’s showing definite signs of rapid decay, unlike me. Last month, in the depths of winter, the boiler went. This was rapidly followed by the oven, and now there’s an electrical fault that keeps blowing everything out and I can’t find it. The fact that I can’t bend far enough to peer into the belly of the switchboard recess doesn’t help either. I hope the electrician will be reasonable but it’s going to take a Payday Loan to get it fixed.

The Payday Loan solution
The Payday Loan solution is great and very convenient. I don’t even have to get onto my creaky old legs to file an application. I can do the whole thing from my seat in front of the computer. Have I told you about my computer and its incurable virus?
